Paul Ssemwanga – new Librarian at Victoria University, Uganda

We were delighted to hear from Alison Kinengyere that Paul Ssemwanga who has been working with others to found UG-AHILA has now been made the University Librarian at the new Victoria University. All of us at Phi send our congratulations and are very pleased to hear that Victoria University offers health related programmes so that, as Alison says, “the UG-AHILA family has not lost you”.

With best wishes for your new career – Phi
