UNESCO release Open Access policy guidelines

UNESCO have recently released the “Policy Guidelines for the Development and Promotion of Open Access”. This will ” demystify the concept of Open Access and provide concrete steps on putting relevant policies in place “.

I’m grateful to INASP for this information. If you go to their website you can follow the links through to the UNESCO website and then download the full policy document.
