The ending of AHILA 2014 – a memorable Congress

The final address was given by the guest of honour, the Minister of Health for Zanzibar, who then presented certificates to the supporters and sponsors of AHILA 2014.  The picture above shows Shane Godbolt (Director of Partnerships in Health Information / Phi) receiving her certificate.

We at Phi would like to congratulate the Local Organizing Committee headed by Professor Elizabeth Kiondo for a wonderful welcome and enjoyable as well as stimulating Congress. Thanks to you, the guests of honour, the speakers, the workshop facilitators and the sponsors it was a great event.

We must also congratulate Nasra Gathoni who has guided AHILA itself through the four years of her Presidency with great success and wisdom. We thank the Executive who have supported her and send the new President, Dr.Rehema Chande-Mallya, every good wish for the future.

Newsletters covering several different aspects of the Congress proceedings are now available on the AHILA website. They have more pictures!
