Evaluating the Impact of Healthcare Information

HIFA ( Healthcare Information for All ) have just announced their new project: Evaluating the Impact of Healthcare Information.

Evaluating the impact of healthcare information activities (organisations, services, products, publications ) is challenging but necessary to:

-identify what works and what doesn’t in different contexts                     -enable providers and users of healthcare information to continually improve their effectiveness                                                   -persuade funders, governments and others to invest in future healthcare information activities

This new project brings together HIFA volunteers with an interest in evaluation, and HIFA’s role will be largely to promote communication and shared understanding on the HIFA forums.
